1. How much does shipping cost?
We provide the free shipping service via DHL/EMS/HK Post Air Mail and China Post.

2. Does the product cost include local tax, import duties, and customs clearance costs?
The product cost does not cover any local taxes, import duties, or customs clearance costs levied by your government. The buyer is responsible for these import-related costs. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

3. Which courier company do you use?
DHL/EMS/HK Post Air Mail and China Post all provide courier solutions for KKMall.RU.

4. Do you offer alternate shipping methods?
Currently, only air-courier shipment is available. We are in the process of reviewing other delivery modes. Customers will be notified when other shipping methods become available.

5. When will the goods be delivered?
The goods will be sent out in 1 to 2 business days after the payment has cleared. It will take another 5- 8 business days for actual delivery to occur.

A Shipping Confirmation e-mail will be sent to you advising your Airway bill number once your shipment has been dispatched. There are some rare instances where shipments will be held at Customs and this may prolong the delivery time. Please note that this is beyond our control.

6. Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to most countries. If, for whatever reason, we cannot ship to your location, our Customer Service representative will contact you.

7. Can you ship to my country? How long?
KKMall can send the products to everywhere all over the world With EMS, DHL, HK Post Air Mail, China Post and more. And DHL/EMS usually takes 3 to 7 business days,HK Post Air Mail and China Post usually takes 7-45 business days from KKMall to your hand after the items shipped out(The shipping may take longer time in some cases such as the bad weather, the holiday period). Actual delivery time is dependent on the efficiency of customs clearance at your country. If you have any question during the post period, please consult in your local express company.

8. What are the shipping methods?
KKMall currently ships small and medium sized orders by international courier. You will be able to choose a courier, e.g. choose between EMS, DHL, HK Post Air Mail and China Post, all of them are delivered by air. Please also note that NO shipping to P.O. box via DHL Express Shipping.

HK Post Air Mail / China Post Air Mail shipping countries and areas: we will ship out your package via HK Post Air Mail or China Post Air Mail shipping methods if your delivery address is not within the scope of the above countries and areas.

All above-mentioned conditions must be met.

9. How to get Tracking Number?
We will ship all the orders within 2-3 business days if the payment have completed or cleared, except on holidays or weekends, and will email you the tracking number. Usually your package is traceable 24-48 hours after the shipment done. You can track the detailed transportation information online by the tracking number.

10. Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?
Once you have placed your order with us, it’s better not to change any of the information you have given us, as most orders are dispatched from our warehouse. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order, and we will do our best to contact the shipper directly and have your delivery details changed. If there is no-one to sign for your delivery and shipped via EMS, the parcel will be returned to us. We will email you for your new address and re-arrange delivery. But you need to bear the shipping cost again for the result is caused by you.

11. Can you ship to Brazil?
Yes we can ship to Brazil via HK Post Air Mail and China Post Air Mail.
Please note, it’s your own responsibility to find out about the IMPORT TAX situation in your own country. Please do your homework BEFORE you start ordering, and inform us of your VAT number when you place an order.

12. What if the estimated delivery date has passed and I still don’t have my order?
If the tracking information indicates the package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors or family members. Packages are occasionally left with neighbors, a building manager, or are placed somewhere relatively safe such as your porch, garage, or even behind bushes. If there is no tracking information, or you cannot locate the package, please e-mail us.

13. What is the return policy?
We have a strict order processing and shipping system, and we are fully confident of it. But if you still receive a wrong item or model, digital pictures of the product are required as evidence for us to investigate. PLS note that this is an international transaction, we only accept exchange and return for defective products at the time of receipt, incorrect items due to our error. You are kindly requested to contact our customer service for the return within 2 days from the date of receipt. When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and issue a refund. We are not liable for a defective box or a slight color difference from the pictures.

No return or exchange under these situations:
1) We do not accept items that with any quality problem which is due to subjective awareness of defective goods.
2) We do not accept the returns of any item that has been used, damaged, engraved, or altered by the third party.
3) We do not accept items that are unauthorized, packaged incorrectly, or improperly insured. We appreciate your understanding. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the items back for an exchange.

Return Fees
No matter for any reason, buyers should pay the shipping fees to return the unsatisfied goods and No matter for exchange or refund, buyers should send our products back first. After we receive the returned item(s), we will process the refund or exchange immediately. Please write a note with your order number so that we can find the order details. Thanks.

14. What is drop-shipment?
“Drop-shipment” is a form of product distribution where by the retailer is out of stock and passes clients’ orders directly to the supplier. The supplier then delivers directly to the final client, who remains in contact with the retailer.

15. Do you provide drop-shipment?
Yes, we provide free drop-shipment. We can ship your order to your client directly according to the shipping address provided by you when you place the order on our site.

16. How do I benefit from drop-shipment?
There are many ways to benefit from drop-shipment. Some of the benefits are as follows:

1. You don’t carry any inventory

2. You get to set the retail price at whatever you want for huge profits

3. There are no minimum order requirements

4. You pay the wholesaler only after you receive an order

17. How to Drop-Ship with KKMall?
KKMall allows drop-ship orders for all registered customers. Check out the 8-step quick guide to start drop-shipping with KKMall!

Step 1: Sign up free for a KKMall buyer account

Step 2: Research good products by comparing KKMall’s products and prices with those available in your local market.

Step 3: To begin with choose one good product with good selling potential and order a sample of the product for you to check the details for yourself and to create your own unique product description and product pictures.

Step 4: List the item on your online shop, or your newsletter, or in your local classifieds etc. Make sure your description is accurate and your customers have a realistic expectation of delivery times and possible import taxes they may have to pay on delivery.

Step 5: Once the item is bought, buying the items from us using the online shop and entering your customer’s address for the delivery. For drop shipping orders we won’t include our company details in the package. You need to provide your customer’s phone number in the order comments for the courier delivery.

Step 6: Once we give you the tracking details, pass on this information to your customer.

Step 7: After the goods arrive, provide any necessary customer support to your customers.

Step 8: Rinse and repeat!

18. What should I do, if I can not receive my package for a long time?
If you can’t receive the package for a long time (more than 30 days,except for HK Post Air and China Post Air), please inquire your mail in your local express company by your tracking number. Meanwhile, please inform us by Email immediately or skype. We will contact the express company for the information for your parcel.

We are not responsible for the delivery delay caused on the misplay of order handle by customer (such as the incomplete information, the order by delete).

We are not responsible for service failures and losses caused by force majeure. These reasons include but not limit to: Natural disaster; war; Air disaster or Embargo ect force majeure; Inherent flaw of shipment; caused by feasance and nonfeasance by consignee, the third man, custom or outer government department.

19. Can you provide invoice for my order?
Yes. We can provide the proforma invoice.
